I spent several hours tuesday night making buttons for the Next Panel Comic Expo tomorrow. Sorry the picture here isnt the highest quality – I didn’t feel like getting my camera out, so i took this using Photo Booth on my Macbook Pro. In case you can’t see them very well, there are eight characters from the strip represented in the buttons: (from the top right) Frank the Accountant of the Undead, Me (yes, I’m a narcissist!), Barack Obama (he only appears briefly in one strip so far, but I wanted to make a button for him!), GUI, Manuel the Illegal Alien, Patch, a ninja, and Dennis.
Along with the buttons, I’ll be offering some eight-page mini-comics to give new readers a sampling of the strips so far. If you’re in the Champaign-Urbana area this weekend, stop by for a visit!
